My web design story started back in 2014, when I was working as an IT Technician at Tiverton High School. I was given the chance to work on the school’s Joomla website, and something clicked. It brought together the problem-solving side of tech support with something more creative, and I loved it.

Fast forward to 2024, I made the decision to leave my web developer job so I could take care of my children, and a bit of myself too. A little while later, once life had settled and I felt ready, I decided to go for it and start Charlotte Hart Web Design.

That mix of technical experience, creativity and real-life juggling still shapes how I work today. I know how overwhelming websites can feel when you’re busy running a business, so I try to make the process clear, calm and genuinely helpful.
